So sorry this post is late. It's been an exhausting & stressful week, waiting to find out if I'd have to leave and drive all the way back to TX by myself, with 2 small children. Yesterday 1 party settled, and today the 2nd party will be settling. So this is almost over.  Hallelujah! This post is the 13th of 15.
